I'm a totally geeky twenty-something living out in New Jersey. I grew up on Long Island and went to college in the hinterlands of upstate NY. I'm pretty hyper, a bit short and scrawny, and I work my 9-5 job with computers, so I'm sure I could be straight from central casting, techy cliche #2b. I’m proud of my geekdom, or I wouldn’t be registering on this site! I play WoW and Rock Band, I read sci-fi and fantasy books all the time, and I once tried to take over Belgium with a freeze ray. It didn’t work. I also like going outside, I snowboard very poorly and I love the beach but it's a lot harder to find “mildly well balanced but enjoys spending time curled up on the couch more than anything else passions.com.” I'm getting pretty good at cooking and I enjoy that, probably a lot more than I actually enjoy eating. The only plant I can keep alive is this one spider plant. I had a betta fish named Azuregos because I was totally not kidding about being geeky earlier in this summary. If you're looking at this from a less than wholly platonic point of view, you should know that I'm a bit sarcastic, excessively verbose, occasionally completely oblivious, and occasionally stubborn, although I'm perfectly willing to admit to being wrong. Because I am a lot, who isn't. Any person that doesn't admit to having flaws in a profile is lying. I'm sure I have more but I don't want to scare too many people away. This isn't a popularity contest, in my opinion, I'd rather meet one good person or make one good friend than get a hundred random smooches. My ideal is someone who enjoys the same sort of things that I do and has the same sense of humor. Anyone can go out and have a good time but what really makes a relationship work is how well you can get along when you're not doing anything at all. You really have to be able to just enjoy hanging out on the couch playing a game, reading a book, or watching a really awful movie.
