I'm a full time Engineering professional and part time Engineering student from the Cardiff area. I'm a quiet and reserved sort of character, but I enjoy good conversation and have very well considered opinions that I love to share and will often defend quite enthusiastically. I have an open mind, though, and it *is* quite possible to convince me to change my mind about a topic if you can put forward good arguments in favour of it. I have a proper scientist's attitude when it comes to things like that, and I actually enjoy it when someone is able to convince me to change my opinions or to concede that I have been wrong about something. I would like to think that I'm a caring, considerate, and thoughtful sort of person. I work very hard, and as I enjoy my work it often bleeds over into my spare time (I like to work on my own projects). When I do take time out I enjoy the simple things in life; short walks (if the weather's good), dining out, eating in (I'm not a great cook but I get by!), watching films on the sofa or going to the cinema if something particularly good is on, reading, or just generally relaxing - especially if it's with an interesting girl! I can be quite a messy person but, paradoxically, I despise mess. This means that I am subject to the perpetual torment of making lots of mess and then frantically cleaning it all up again. I am quite the perfectionist so when I clean up I do a good job (I do things properly or not at all), and this makes it all the more infuriating that I can't just keep things tidy in the first place! What else can I tell you. Well, lots more actually but I think I shall leave it at that for now.
