Nerdy Girl and Proud Of It

I just thought I'd give this a shot. I'm not typically into dating sites but this one is more suited to my tastes and the guys I know pretty much overlook me. I am in my early 20's looking for someone in a similar age range. I'm pretty hardcore into Star Wars, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and SNL. I love cooking, reading, laughing, and hanging out with my friends. Traveling is one of my favorite pastimes. I'm in college right now, I will be graduating soon and going into grad school in Tennessee. My dream is to become a marriage and family counselor/therapist. I really love people, though I'm a bit shy. The most important thing about me is my faith. I am a Christian, I don't particularly like to associate with one denomination, however. My relationship with God is very important to me and it is necessary that a man I'm in a relationship with also share that passion. I am pretty open minded and my philosophy on life is all about love. Pretty much, just be good to people. To me, being a nerd is just loving something with a ridiculous amount of passion. It just makes you giddy to think about that thing, no matter what it is. When you're a nerd you kind of just love life. It's awesome.
